CANCELLATION / NO-SHOW / LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
In order to provide the best possible on-time service to all of our clients, we require a 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments made. We also ask that you arrive on time to your scheduled appointment. Any late arrivals are subject to being rescheduled. Last-minute canceled appointments will result in a $75 appointment deposit for future appointments. This deposit will be refunded at the time of the appointment, however, if you fail to show up to your appointment or do not cancel 24 hours prior then the deposit will be forfeited and kept as a cancellation charge.
